Contract Details:
Location: York, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
Support Staff: Office/Clinic 4 MA's and 1 CSA 1 RN
Patient Population/Age: Over 18 with the exception of a emergency torsion that would present during call
Department Description: We mix cysto/ stent procedures with office visits usually around 24-28 patients could be less unless there is an urgent need should not be more.
EMR System: EPIC
Practice Setting: Clinic
Robotic surgery?: Yes
Scope- Yes - if that is part of their practice. Not required.
Supervisions of NP/Pas required: Yes - We will have new APP's
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology
· License required: PA License or IMLC LOQ only
· DEA: required
