REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Status: Board Certified in Urology
  
• State License: WA License required or in process
  
• Experience: Fellowship in Urology preferred
  
• Other Qualifications: Proficient in Epic EMR
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive urological care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation and management of adult patients with urologic disorders
  
• Perform general and advanced urological surgical procedures, including robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic techniques
  
• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 30 patients across clinic and hospital settings
  
• Participate in beeper call rotation with 20-minute response time, providing after-hours coverage for urological emergencies
  
• Document all patient encounters, procedures, and clinical notes accurately in Epic EMR system
