Job description
We are seeking a Urology physician for a locum tenens position in Providence, RI. This outpatient clinic and inpatient call opportunity is at Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. Please see below for more information.
Job Responsibilities
20–25 patients per day in clinic
Inpatient rounding at both Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital (4–10 patients)
Perform general urology surgeries (8–10 cases per week)
Manage general urologic conditions including cancers
Weekend call: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
Collaborate with 3 partner physicians, PA, MA, and medical staff
Qualifications
Rhode Island medical license (open to licensing candidates)
Rhode Island DEA required
Rhode Island CSR required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Adult patients only (18+)
Working Hours
Weekend call: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
