We are seeking a Urology physician for a locum tenens position in Longview, WA. This inpatient and outpatient opportunity covers both a hospital and affiliated urology clinic at PeaceHealth Saint John Medical Center. Please see below for more information.
Job Responsibilities
Approximately 18 patients per day
Perform urology procedures including cystoscopy, TURP, TURBT, ureteroscopy, prostate biopsy, lithotripsy (ESWL), catheter placement, stent placement, and more
Weekday clinic (3–4 days) plus OR days
7 days of 24-hour beeper call per month
Coverage at both hospital and affiliated urology clinic
Qualifications
Active Washington state license required (IMLC with Letter of Qualification in hand acceptable)
Washington CSR required
DEA registration required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Epic EMR experience required
Minimum 2 years of experience
Case log documentation required (100 surgical procedures in last 24 months)
Da Vinci robotic surgery experience highly preferred
Working Hours
Mix of clinic and OR days per week
7 days of 24-hour beeper call per month
