We are seeking a Urologist for a locum tenens position in DuBois, PA. This is a hospital-based 24-hour on-call urology coverage opportunity at a regional hub facility. Please see below for more information.
280 beds
EMR: Cerner (inpatient)
Job Responsibilities
Perform cystoscopy and stent placement for hematuria, kidney stone treatment, holmium laser lithotripsy
Handle emergency cases as needed (torsion of testicle, UTI)
Provide consultation for Foley catheter placement to ED and other providers
Round on inpatients in the morning
Serve as the urology hub for surrounding regional hospitals
Manage an adult patient population
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania medical license (IMLC accepted)
PA DEA
ACLS
BLS
