Job description
We are seeking a Urologist for a locum tenens position in Providence, RI. This is an outpatient practice opportunity with inpatient rounding at two hospital locations and weekend call required. Please see below for more information.
EMR: Meditech (hospital) / Athena (outpatient)
Job Responsibilities
See approximately 20–25 patients per day in clinic
Round on inpatients across both hospitals (approximately 4–10 patients per day)
Perform approximately 8–10 surgical cases per week
Manage an adult patient population (18+)
Work alongside a PA and clinical support staff in a practice with three partners
Note: no robotics
Qualifications
Active Rhode Island medical license
Rhode Island DEA
Rhode Island CSR
BLS
ACLS
Working Hours
Weekend call, 5:00p Friday – 8:00a Monday
