Job description
We are seeking a Urologist for a locum tenens position in Potsdam, NY. This is a primarily outpatient opportunity with inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding at a Level III trauma center. Please see below for more information.
Level III trauma center
EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Perform procedures and post-op rounding
Manage approximately 20 patients per provider per day
Cover OR block 7:30a–3:00p with no case limit
Handle bread-and-butter urology cases and procedures
Manage an adult patient population (18+)
Note: limited robotic availability
Qualifications
Active New York medical license
DEA
BLS
Working Hours
Clinic hours Monday–Thursday, 8:00a–5:30p
OR block 7:30a–3:00p
24-hour call (7a–7a), optional/flexible based on availability
