Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Approved through 12/31/2026
Schedule: 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Setting: Clinic & Hospital (122-bed Medical Center)
Call Required: Yes
- 7 days of unrestricted call per month
- 1:2 weekend call rotation
- Restricted/beeper call with 10-minute response time and 30–45 minute arrival radius
- Average after-hours calls/texts: 0–4 per day
- Includes 4 hours of gratis time on 24-hour call shifts
Clinical Details
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Locations: Medical Center and Urology Clinic (1 mile apart)
- Patient Volume: Approximately 18 patients per day
- Provider Model: Solo practice
- EMR: Epic
Responsibilities
- Annual follow-up visits and medication refills
- Evaluation and treatment of erectile dysfunction
- Kidney stone management
- Male incontinence treatment
- Cystoscopies
- Surg assisting
- General urology clinic and hospital coverage

- Catheter placement
- Ureteral stent placement

- Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

Typical Schedule
When on call:
- 3 clinic days
- 1 OR day
- 7-day call block
- Administrative day built in for provider rest
When not on call:
- 4 clinic days
- 1 OR day
