- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: IN
- DEA: yes
- CSR: Required
- EMR: Prefer someone with experience in EPIC but can train if needed
- Skills required: Perform emergent procedures
