Contract Details
- Location: Dubois, PA
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 7, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: PA
- DEA: yes
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
- Special Procedures: As needed – cystoscopy and/or stent placement for hematuria
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Support Staff: nursing staff, anesthesia, ER
- Patient Population/Age: adult
