• Bread & butter urology with option to build into high-volume robotics, if desired
• Your choice of a 4 or 5-day workweek
• Epic EMR with Fluency for dictation and Abridge AI scribe
• Strong, established referral patterns from extensive primary care network to ramp up as quickly as you'd like
• Competitive floor guarantee plus potential for productivity upside
• H1B and J1 waivers can be supported
