Contract Details
- Onamia, MN
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 1, Day (8 Hours) 9:00 - 17:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: MN or IMLC
- DEA: yes
- Certifications preferred: ACLS, BLS
- Skills required: Standard Urology surgery procedures, good bedside manner and verbal skillset.
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Support Staff: Dedicated nurse in clinic, and experienced surgical team
- Patients per day: 15-20 patients in the clinic and 5-10 surgeries a day
