We have an urgent and ongoing Urology locum opportunity in Cheyenne, Wyoming offering strong compensation and a manageable weekend call schedule.
Location: Cheyenne, WY
Coverage Needs:
- July 3–7
- July 10–13
- August 21–24
- Ongoing coverage available beyond these dates
Schedule:
- 24-hour call coverage
- Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
- Inpatient call only
Practice Setting:
- Hospital-based, Inpatient Urology
Work Details:
- EMR: Epic
- Inpatient urology call coverage
- Surgical and emergent urologic care
- Collaboration with Urology Medical Director on case mix
Procedures & Case Mix:
- Full-scope urology procedures (coordinated with Medical Director)
- Prostate cancer treatment
- Robotic surgeries (nephrectomy, prostatectomy)
- Kidney stones
- BPH procedures (Rezum, Urolift)
- Vasectomy
- UTIs, incontinence, bladder disorders
Requirements:
- Active Wyoming license or IMLC
- Comfortable with inpatient urology and call coverage
Credentialing:
- 6–8 weeks
Job Responsibilities
Inpatient urology call coverage
Surgical and emergent urologic care
Collaboration with Urology Medical Director on case mix
Full-scope urology procedures (coordinated with Medical Director)
Prostate cancer treatment
Robotic surgeries (nephrectomy, prostatectomy)
Kidney stones
BPH procedures (Rezum, Urolift)
Vasectomy
UTIs, incontinence, bladder disorders
Qualifications
Comfortable with inpatient urology and call coverage
