• We are seeking a dedicated Urology Physician to provide 24-hour call coverage at a reputable acute care hospital in Lebanon, PA.
• This role involves covering two hospital locations with flexibility to stay in accommodations nearby.
• Ideal opportunity for physicians looking for ongoing contract work with a strong support system and manageable callback volume.
• Work with an established team using EPIC EMR in a hospital setting with modern facilities.

• Work with an established team using EPIC EMR in a hospital setting with modern facilities.
Job Responsibilities
• Respond to consults and manage inpatient urologic cases
• Perform emergency urologic procedures as needed
• Handle callback cases (average 8–10 hours on Fridays, ~4 hours on weekends)
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with hospital staff across two covered facilities
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License (Required)
• Valid DEA License
• Minimum 1 year of urology experience
• Clean credentialing file for standard processing (~90 days)
Working Hours
• Initial Schedule: November 26 (7 AM) – November 30 (7 AM)
• Ongoing contract with flexible future scheduling
Skills
• Ability to manage emergency and inpatient cases independently
• Efficient decision-making under on-call conditions
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
