Urology | North Carolina Metro | 4 Day Week | 600K+

One of the premier healthcare organizations in North Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join a thriving, high-demand practice — a role opening up because of tremendous, sustained growth, not attrition. You'll walk into a well-established patient panel with such high demand that current wait times run 6-8 weeks, treating a broad mix of common and complex conditions including stone disease, oncology, incontinence, men's health, and general urology. The schedule is built for a serious surgeon: 4 or 4½ days a week, split between 2 clinic days and 2-2.5 OR days, with Fridays off. You'll operate with access to 2 Xi robotic systems, strong OR support, and a growing surgical infrastructure, backed by a deep team of 4 urologists, 3 strong APPs who take first call, and tenured support staff. Add a 950-bed, non-profit Level 3 trauma regional medical center with nearly 70 years of community trust, and this is the kind of high-volume surgical opportunity that rarely opens up.
