Partnering directly with another urologist and an experienced NP, you will step into an immediate, thriving patient panel across a vast 10,000-square-mile catchment area—delivering true clinical independence backed by an award-winning, independent health system.

The Practice: Clinical Freedom & True Balance

• Tailor Your Practice: Design your clinical focus within general or specialized urology; leadership actively supports the scope and procedure mix you want to build.

• Collaborative Support Model: Partner with an established Urologist and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who actively streamlines inpatient consults and clinic flow.

• Protected Schedule: Standard Monday–Friday schedule structured for clinical continuity without burning out your evenings.

• Balanced Practice Mix: Integrated outpatient clinic and surgical volume serving a regional draw of over 80,000 residents.

• Teaching & Academic Ties: Engage with visiting learners through our direct affiliation with the on-campus family medicine residency program.

Premier Incentives & Financial Package

• Base Salary: $634,000 annual base salary.

• Sign-On Incentive: $100,000 sign-on bonus.

• Relocation & CME: Full comprehensive relocation assistance plus $4,000 and dedicated paid time off for annual CME.

• Loan Forgiveness: As an independent, not-for-profit facility, this position qualifies for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
