Sky Lakes Medical Center is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to take the helm of an established, high-demand urology service line in Southern Oregon. Practicing as the anchor specialist for an expansive 10,000-square-mile catchment area serving over 80,000 residents, you will step into an immediate, turnkey patient panel backed by an experienced, high-functioning Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and proactive senior administrative support.

The Opportunity: Lead Your Practice with Senior Leadership Backing

• Make the Service Line Yours: Step into a solo physician practice model with total clinical ownership. Whether your focus is broad-spectrum general urology, endourology, or developing specialized procedures, hospital executive leadership is fully aligned to provide capital investment, clinical staffing, and the operational tools you need to shape the service line.

• High-Functioning APP Support: You are not on an island clinically. You will partner with an experienced, well-integrated urology APP who independently manages routine follow-ups, minor procedures, and inpatient consults, keeping the clinic flow streamlined, surgical blocks protected, and administrative friction low.

• The "4+1" Sustainable Cadence: Protect your longevity with a structured Monday–Friday schedule consisting of 4 clinical/OR days and 1 dedicated administrative day each week. Your administrative day keeps documentation, patient calls, and case coordination contained strictly within normal hours—leaving your evenings and weekends untouched.

• Collaborative Medical Staff: Practice within a tight-knit, collegial physician community with immediate support from general surgery, oncology, anesthesia, and primary care teams. Complex tertiary escalations are coordinated seamlessly through established regional networks.

• Academic Ties: Mentor visiting learners through our direct affiliation with the on-campus Cascades East Family Medicine Residency program.

  Productivity Upside	Additional RVU production incentive to maximize peak earning years.
