• Hospital-employed urology positionin a busy, well-supported practice

• Outpatient clinic + OR mix, with small urologic procedures done in-office

• Typical volume of25"30 patients per clinic dayand30+ urologic surgeries per month

• Call 1:3(10 days/month: one full week plus 8 weekdays), withhospitalists covering all inpatient and ICU care

• OR block time and dedicated clinic time; schedule can be tailored to yourpreferences and work"life balance goals
