• We are seeking a Urology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity at a well-established acute care hospital in York, PA.
• This role focuses on clinic-based coverage with a mix of office visits and procedural work.
• Providers will work in a modern facility with access to advanced surgical equipment, including robotic surgery capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform in-office and OR-based procedures such as cystoscopy and ureteroscopy
• Manage patient volume of approximately 24–28 patients per day
• Conduct procedures including vasectomy, prostate procedures, lithotripsy, and more
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across clinic and hospital settings
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License (Preferred for faster start)
• Valid DEA License (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of urology experience
• Experience with general urology procedures required
• Clean credentialing file for standard processing (~90 days)
Working Hours
• Coverage Dates:
• June 29 – July 2
• July 20 – July 24
• Ongoing full-week coverage opportunities available
Skills
• Experience with cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, and prostate treatments
• Familiarity with robotic surgery (preferred, not required)
• Strong patient management and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with APPs
• Efficient use of EPIC EMR system
