• We are seeking an experienced Urology Physician to join a well-supported acute care hospital setting in Gettysburg, PA.
• This role offers a balanced mix of hospital rounds, operating room procedures, and clinic responsibilities.
• Work in a modern urology practice with newly renovated facilities, including exam and procedure rooms.
• Join a collaborative, long-tenured team with strong administrative and clinical support.
• No night or weekend call, ensuring excellent work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform general urology procedures in both clinic and operating room settings
• Conduct hospital rounds and manage inpatient consults
• Handle scheduled daytime call coverage when assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support staff
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License (Required)
• Valid DEA License (PA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong background in general urology procedures
• Clean credentialing file for expedited processing (<90 days)
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No night or weekend call
• Flexible coverage blocks throughout the contract period (May – October 2026)
Skills
• Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to manage high patient volume (40–70 patients/day)
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
