Contract Details
- Location: York, PA
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: Standard - 5, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: less than 90 days, temps with clean file
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology
- License Required: PA
- DEA: Required
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Skills/Procedures Required/Case Types: general urology
- Patient Volume Avg. Daily Census: 24-28
- Support Staff: Office/Clinic 4 MA's and 1 CSA 1 RN
