Parkview Urology Consultants, PC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its established team at the UCHealth
Parkview Urology Clinic in welcoming Pueblo, Colorado. With four practicing urologists, an additional community urologist who collaborates and participates in hospital call, and a strong regional demand for urologic services, this is an opportunity to step into a busy, productive practice with significant earning potential. Practice at a Glance
- $610,000 annual salary with additional earning potential through call pay, quality and/or productivity bonuses
- Potential for a flexible four-day workweek
- Join an established team of four practicing urologists, with an additional community urologist who collaborates and participates in hospital call
- High-volume practice supported by strong regional demand for urologic services
- Provide care at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center, UCHealth Parkview Outpatient Center, and a nearby Pueblo clinic
- Practice at a 350-bed, Level III trauma center
- Access to advanced robotic surgical technology
- EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
- Commitment to excellent, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in full-time general urology practice
Benefits Highlights
$610,000 annual salary, with additional earning potential through paid call, quality and/or productivity bonuses
Relocation assistance available to eligible candidates, with the amount negotiable
Additional compensation to cover expenses, including malpractice, phone expenses, 401(k), healthcare premiums, and profit sharing
Opportunity to join the PSA group after one to two years, following completion of the guarantee period, with eligibility to participate in group profit sharing

Parkview Urology Consultants provides comprehensive, personalized urologic care, including treatment for kidney stones, incontinence, bladder cancer, prostate conditions, recurrent urinary tract infections, and spastic bladder. The practice also offers urodynamic studies, Botox therapy, catheterization services, vasectomies, vasectomy reversals, circumcisions, and minimally invasive procedures using advanced robotic surgical technology.
