A leading healthcare system in Albany, NY is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist with strong experience in Urologic Oncology to join a high-volume, multidisciplinary cancer program. This is a surgical-heavy role focused on complex bladder cancer cases with access to advanced robotic technology and dedicated OR time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex bladder cancer patient population
• Perform robotic and open urologic oncology surgeries
• Conduct patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with oncology, surgical, and support teams
• Maintain high standards of clinical outcomes and documentation

Candidate Requirements

✔ Board Certified in Urology – REQUIRED (No Board Eligible)
✔ Fellowship or strong experience in Urologic Oncology – REQUIRED
✔ Active New York License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
✔ DEA License – REQUIRED
✔ Advanced robotic surgery experience (DaVinci Xi/DV5 preferred)
✔ Clean malpractice history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
✔ Must disclose visa requirement status (No visa support available)
✔ NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
✔ Local candidates within 30 miles cannot be considered

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Highly competitive package for a specialized surgical role:

• Base Salary: $375,000 – $410,000
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
