WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital is a 132-bed acute care hospital and part of WellSpan Health. The facility provides comprehensive community-based care with a collaborative medical staff that includes two urologists and a physician assistant. Complex trauma cases are typically transferred to tertiary care centers, allowing providers to focus on general urology cases in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities
Respond to emergency department consults and inpatient urology cases
Perform general urology procedures as needed
Collaborate with hospital staff and care teams
Ensure timely documentation using Epic EMR
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Active DEA registration
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred
Ability to manage urologic emergencies independently
Working Hours
Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
(Flexible start option: Friday 5:00 PM)
Coverage needed for approximately 2 weekends per month
Holiday availability required
Skills
Proficiency in general urologic procedures
Ability to work independently in a call-only setting
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Epic EMR systems
