Locum Urologist Opportunity – New York
We're seeking a Board Certified Urologist for an ongoing locum assignment at a Level III Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity offering a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, procedures, and flexible call coverage.
Position Highlights:
- 📅 Start Date: October 2026
- ⏳ 26-week ongoing assignment
- 🕒 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 📆 Full-time preferred (3 weeks/month may be considered)
- 🏥 Primarily outpatient with inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding
- 👥 Approximately 20 patients per day
- 📞 Optional 24-hour call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM), flexible based on availability
- 💻 Epic EMR
- 🔹 Level III Trauma Center
- 👨⚕️ Adult patient population (18+)
- 🔪 Bread-and-butter urology cases
Requirements:
- ✅ Board Certified in Urology
- ✅ Active New York medical license (required)
- ✅ BLS certification
- ✅ Epic experience required
- ✅ Up-to-date work history with no employment gaps of 30+ days
