Job description
We are seeking a Urologist for a locum opportunity in York, PA. This role offers a full-time weekday schedule with no required call, making it ideal for providers seeking stability and work-life balance.
The position includes a mix of clinic, procedures, and surgical support, with access to advanced equipment and strong clinical support staff.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform urology procedures and support surgical cases
• Manage approximately 28 clinic patients per day
• Perform procedures including:
o Vasectomy and vasectomy reversal (preferred)
o Cystoscopy, ureteroscopy
o Prostate procedures
o Lithotripsy
o Orchiopexy and other general urology procedures
• Supervise NP/PA staff as needed
• Collaborate with clinic and surgical teams
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania license preferred (or willing to obtain)
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Experience in general urology procedures
• Epic experience preferred
Working Hours
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Coverage: Full-time (minimum 6-month assignment)
• Call: Not required
Skills
• Ability to manage clinic and procedural workload
• Experience supervising APPs
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork
