Locum Tenens Urology Opportunity – Illinois
Position Highlights
- Outpatient clinic-only role – No call, no nights, no weekends
- Flexible schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or similar (averaging ~20 hrs/week annually)
- Multispecialty group & hospital setting
- Adult-only patient population
Requirements
- MD/DO
- BC/BE in Urology
- Active Illinois license or IMLC
- DEA & Controlled Substance license
- BLS & ACLS
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Clinic only – no inpatient or call responsibilities
Clinical Details
- 100% adult patients (avg age 68)
- Payer mix: Medicare-heavy
- Average 20 patients per day
Procedures
- Cystoscopy
- Urethral dilations
- Pelvic exams
- Prostate exams
- Prostate biopsy
Support Staff
- RN, CMA, PA, and APP support
- 3 physicians in department
