Job description
The Urologist will provide comprehensive care across clinic, hospital rounds, and surgical procedures. This role involves managing a high patient volume in a well-established urology practice with strong support staff and modern facilities.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage outpatient clinic visits and inpatient rounding
• Participate in OR cases and surgical procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
• Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania license required
• DEA required
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
Working Hours
• Mix of clinic, hospital rounds, and OR
• Ongoing coverage (approx. 6 weeks/month)
Skills
• Ability to handle high patient volume (40–70 patients/day)
• Surgical and procedural expertise
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
