Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system
- Perform surgical procedures including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries
- Manage patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists for comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active or eligible for medical license in Maryland
- Strong clinical and surgical skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $400,000 – $650,000 (based on experience and productivity)
