Full time
A community hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a thriving, well-established practice. This opportunity offers strong community demand, immediate patient volume, and the ability to practice with advanced technology in a supportive clinical environment.
Position Highlights
• Join a well-established practice with a strong built-in referral network
• Immediate patient volume with high demand for urologic services
• Experienced Advanced Practice Provider support
• Collaborative administrative and clinical team allowing physicians to focus on patient care
• Access to modern surgical technology and advanced treatment options
Schedule & Practice Details
• Monday–Friday outpatient clinic schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Average patient volume of 25–30 patients per day
• Blocked operating room time supporting more than 800 procedures annually
• Shared call schedule of approximately 10 days per month
Technology & Facilities
• da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system
• Aquablation therapy technology
• Level III Trauma Center with diverse case mix
• Hospitalist program supporting admissions and inpatient care
• Comprehensive administrative and operational support
Candidate Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
