JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Active Indiana medical license or IMLC eligibility
  • Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • DEA: Active DEA Certification required
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA issued)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of urology experience
  • Other Qualifications: Procedure logs required for the last 12 months

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide inpatient urology care and hospital call coverage
  • Manage general urology cases including complex catheter placements
  • Perform diagnostic and surgical urologic procedures as required
  • Coordinate care with hospital staff and specialists
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the Epic EMR system
