Rates: Orientation: $150/hr (typically 3-7 hours)

Regular hourly rate: $400/hr

Night Call $800/night with 2.5 gratis included

Daily call: $3000/day with 4 hour gratis.

Call-back after gratis hours $420/hr

Opportunity Highlights

• Start Date: April 20, 2026.

• Duration: Minimum 3 months required; 6 months preferred.

• Schedule: Clinic hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Night call (5:00 PM – 8:00 AM); 24-hour call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) at a 1:6 ratio.

• Volume: 20–25 clinic patients per day; 20–30 surgeries per month.

• Support: 2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, and 2 front office staff.

• EMR: Epic.

Clinical Scope & Procedures

The provider will manage a wide variety of general urological cases. While a surgical robot is available on-site, robotic proficiency is not required.

Required Procedures:

• Diagnostic: Cystoscopy, bladder scans, uroflow/cuff.

• Clinic/Minor Surgical: Vasectomies, prostate biopsy, Botox injections.

• Major Surgical: TURP, Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, Cystectomy, ESWL.

Call Volume:

• Consults: 20% (New consults).

• Callback: 80% (Established patients returning to the ED).

• Support: Admissions are handled by the on-site Hospitalist team; locum will be responsible for rounding.

Provider Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified (Highly Preferred) or Board Eligible (within 0–5 years of residency).

• Licensure: Active Washington (WA) license or IMLC LOQ in hand (Highly Preferred).

• Certifications: Active BLS and DEA required; ACLS preferred (must be willing to obtain if not in hand).

• Experience: Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment and high patient volumes.

• Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation is mandatory.
