This well-established healthcare facility is part of a respected hospital network providing comprehensive medical services to the Olympia community. The facility offers strong support systems for providers and maintains high standards of patient care in a collaborative environment.
Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
• Seeking 1-2 locum providers to join current provider pool for call coverage
• Coverage requirement: 1 week per month with 3-4 24-hour call shifts during that week
• Average callback time: 4-5 hours daily (may vary based on case volume)
• Handle approximately 15 patient encounters per shift
• Must have general adult urology skills and surgical capabilities
• Preferred skills include percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, and nephrectomy
• Experience with prostatectomy, robotic surgery, and partial nephrectomies preferred
• Proficiency in renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy capabilities preferred
• TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, and penile prosthesis experience preferred
• ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy) experience preferred
• Must be board certified in Urology
• Active Washington state medical license or IMLC required
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Start date: June 1, 2026 - Ongoing
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
