Facility:
This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility that provides comprehensive urological services to the community. The facility operates as a Level 4 trauma center and offers modern medical equipment and technology to support advanced urological procedures and patient care.
Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive urology services with up to 16 patient encounters per shift
• Work 10-12 days per month including 3 clinic days per week, scheduled OR time, and call coverage
• Take 24-hour call coverage from 0700-0700 as the sole urology provider with APP backup support
• Perform general adult urology procedures and surgeries
• Conduct laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, and prostatectomy procedures
• Perform robotic surgery procedures and incontinence procedures
• Handle TRUS biopsies and renal/bladder ultrasounds
• Perform Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
• Preferred experience with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, and nephrectomy
• Board certification required with ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Must maintain active Washington state medical license or IMLC
• Credentialing timeframe 90-120 days, with expedited privileges available for providers with clean history
• Position starts April 1, 2026 with ongoing coverage needs
