Job Responsibilities
Job Setting: 25 beds in department
Types of Cases: General Urology (Adult and Pediatric), Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Fertility work-up. Preferred skills include Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic surgery, and Incontinence procedures. Da Vinci Xi Robot onsite. Approximately 20 patient encounters per shift.
Qualifications
Certifications: ACLS required. Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship or foreign training in Urology.
Licensure: MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA required
Experience: At least 50 urological procedures, reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 12 months, or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within past 12 months
