Palm Beach County Florida - Urologist Physician Opening

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified General Urologist to join a busy, well-established, health system-employed practice. This is a full-time opportunity with an established referral base, experienced leadership, and strong potential for continued growth.
Practice Highlights
Full-time, health system-employed position
Established group with strong referral relationships and continued growth
Experienced physician and APP support
Outpatient clinic coverage 2–3 days per week
Typical clinic hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Patient volume of approximately 18–20+ patients per day
See patients age 18 and older
Required call of up to 7 days per month
Full scope of general urologic care
Subspecialty interests welcomed
Established clinical protocols and coverage
PA/NP support for inpatient and outpatient care
First-assistant support available for surgical cases
Procedures & Technology
Clinic well equipped for cystoscopy, biopsy, and other office-based procedures
Dedicated cystoscopy room
Dedicated ASC located in the same building as the clinic
Dedicated operating room/block time available
Access to advanced surgical technology, including Da Vinci XI robotic surgical system
Opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Urology by the American Board of Urology (ABU)
Active and unrestricted medical license, or eligibility for licensure by start date
Prior experience providing the full scope of general urologic care
Residents, fellowship-trained physicians, and new graduates are welcome
Summer 2027 graduates encouraged to apply
Subspecialized training or interests are welcome but not required
Comfortable practicing in a busy clinical environment
Completion of all required due diligence and credentialing requirements
Commitment to quality, patient-centered care
Professional demeanor and strong collaborative skills
