- Balanced Call: 1:5 call schedule, projected to improve to 1:7 as the team reaches full staffing

Compensation & Benefits
- Strong Earnings: $630K base salary plus RVU production incentives

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
