Facility:
This is a well-established hospital providing comprehensive healthcare services to the Paducah community and surrounding areas. The facility features modern technology including three robotic surgical systems and offers excellent support for specialty physicians with comprehensive diagnostic services including on-site labs and imaging.
Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
• Coverage needed for inpatient urology services 2-3 weekends per month (Thursday/Friday AM to Monday AM)
• Opportunity to join a practice with 1 physician and 2 nurse practitioners (NPs are ambulatory/clinic based only)
• Responsibilities include being on call, taking consults, rounding on urology patients, and performing necessary procedures/surgeries
• Must be proficient in general urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, and ureteroscopy
• Laser certification required
• No other urologists onsite during assignment
• Board certification required (or truly board eligible)
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• Kentucky license preferred, but willing to accept providers with IMLC
• Flu vaccination required, COVID vaccination highly preferred
• Self-Query NPDB report required within 30 days of presentation
• Potential for locum-to-perm conversion
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days with temporary privileges available
• Standard travel reimbursements with economy bookings and approximately $150/night lodging cap

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
