Facility:
This established healthcare facility serves the local community with comprehensive urological services. The facility features a 25-bed department, is equipped with a Da Vinci Xi Robot, and maintains a Level 3 trauma designation, providing quality care to patients throughout the region.
Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
• Long-term coverage consisting of Monday-Friday clinic and OR shifts • Typical schedule includes 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week, 8am-5pm • 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation to best serve the community • NO CALL COVERAGE required • Dedicated clinic space ready for the Urologist • Approximately 20 patient encounters per shift • MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA required • Must have completed ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship in Urology • Board certification or board eligibility required (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery) • Must have performed at least 50 urological procedures in past 12 months • Skills required: General Urology (Adult and Pediatric), Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Renal and bladder ultrasounds with biopsy capabilities, TRUS biopsies, and Fertility work-up • Preferred skills: Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic surgery, and Incontinence procedures • ACLS certification required • 30-day estimated credentialing timeframe • Facility lodging with many amenities available during scheduled shifts • Start date to be determined based on credentialing completion and physician availability

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
