Location: Santa Rosa, CA - San Francisco 50m
Coverage Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Assignment/Call Details:
* Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours + call
* Clinic Volume: ~20–25 patients per day
* Practice Setting: Inpatient & outpatient
* Admissions Required: No
* Rounding: As needed
* Call Type: Beeper
* Call Ratio: 1:4
* Call Coverage: Both assigned and unassigned patients
* Support Staff: 2 RNs, 8 MAs, 1 APP, 1 office staff
* Privileges Required: Yes
* Temporary Privileges: Not available
* EMR: Epic
* Credentialing Timeframe: ~90–120 days
Call Expectations:
* Onsite during weekday hours (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
* After-hours/weekend call backs average 3–5 per week
* Estimated 7–10 call days per month

Requirements:
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 3 years)
* Active California license or willingness to obtain
* ACLS and BLS certifications
* Demonstrated interest or experience in female urology / pelvic floor reconstruction
* Clean malpractice and background history
* No APP supervision required
* No resident or teaching duties
