Job description
UPMC-affiliated health system in western Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced urologist for ongoing locums bench coverage beginning April 2026.
This role includes a combination of clinic and light call support across affiliated facilities, with APP coverage in place to support daytime consults and rounding.
Position Highlights

Approximately 5 shifts per month

Multiple affiliated sites, one location per day
Schedule

Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8a–4p

Call: 24-hour shifts (7a–7a)

First 10 hours included (clinic + early callback)
Compensation
-
24-hour call: $4180
-
Callback: $355/hr after 10 hours

Travel, lodging, and transportation covered per policy
Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in Urology

Active PA license or ability to obtain

Minimum 3 years experience preferred

Comfortable with clinic and call responsibilities
