SIHAT Health was founded by Dr. Khalid Mojadidi after years of working locums across different hospital systems. He experienced firsthand how much physicians value transparency, speed, and genuine partnership—qualities that often get lost in larger staffing environments. That insight shaped SIHAT into a boutique, physician-run agency built around clear communication and shared decision-making.
