SIHAT Health is a physician-run locum tenens agency founded by Dr. Khalid Mojadidi, a board-certified cardiologist and active locums physician.
SIHAT was built to fix what physicians find frustrating about traditional staffing firms: slow communication, vague job details, and unnecessary games. Our approach is straightforward. We communicate clearly, move quickly, and work in true partnership with our providers.

SIHAT Health was founded after Dr. Mojadidi spent years working locums across multiple hospital systems and staffing models. Experiencing the process firsthand made one thing clear. Physicians value speed, honesty, and respect for their time, yet those qualities are often missing in larger agencies.
SIHAT was intentionally built as a small, physician-led firm with a clean process and real accountability. All providers are screened internally, credentialing is handled by experienced specialists, and physicians are kept informed at every step.
