Assignment
Schedule & Call
- Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call Type: Beeper Call
- Call Frequency: ~7–10 days per month
- After-Hours / Weekend Callbacks: Avg. 3–5 times per week
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Coverage Model: Scheduled clinic hours + call
- Clinic Location: Across from hospital
- Patients per Shift: 20–25
- EMR: Epic
- License:
- California License – Preferred
- Will consider providers willing to obtain CA license
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) – Required Certifications (Required)
- ACLS
- BLS
- Onsite during weekday clinic hours despite beeper call designation
- Frequent after-hours hospital callbacks should be expected
