The facility features state-of-the-art equipment including robotic surgical capabilities and a supportive team environment with 2 RNs, MAs, surgery schedulers, and front office staff to ensure efficient patient care.

Job Details:
• Seeking a "bread and butter" Urologist for clinic and call coverage for 3-6 months minimum (potentially through February 2026) • Busy, fast-paced environment seeing 20-25 patients per day in clinic with 20-30 surgeries per month • Clinic hours from 8am-4pm with night call (5pm-8am) and 24-hour call (7am-7am) on a 1:6 rotation • Perform general urology procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, uroflow/cuff, bladder scans • Additional procedures include ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and Botox injections • Robotic equipment available for procedures (robotic experience beneficial but not required) • Call responsibilities include both consults (20%) and callbacks (80%) • Requires rounding on patients with hospitalist team support • Work as sole provider in the department with strong support staff • Must be comfortable in a busy clinical setting with excellent patient service skills • Epic EMR system utilized throughout the facility • Board Certification highly preferred (will consider Board Eligible within 0-5 years of residency completion) • Must have or be eligible for Washington state license • BLS and DEA required; ACLS preferred but can be obtained if selected • Clean malpractice history highly preferred
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
