Urology Locum Tenens – Capital Medical Center (Olympia, WA) – Ongoing Call Coverage + Monthly Cysto Support

Capital Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist for an ongoing locum assignment starting January 19, 2026, with flexible scheduling and long-term potential.

This role is call-only, inpatient-focused, and ideal for a physician seeking a predictable monthly commitment with strong surgical support.

Assignment Highlights

• Location: Olympia, WA

• Start Date: January 19, 2026

• Schedule: 5–7 call days per month (coverage needed any day Monday–Sunday)

• Additional Need: 1–2 days per month helping with cysto cases (TURBs, stones, BPH)

• Practice Setting: Inpatient only, no clinic

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: Dedicated RN, MA, office staff, and PA/NP team

• Temporary Privileges: Available for qualified candidates

Licensing & Certifications

• WA license or IMLC accepted

• We will assist with IMLC licensing and required Life Support Certifications

• BLS + PALS required

• Board Certification in Urology required

Call Expectations

• Beeper call

• 30-minute response time

• Phone consults and in-house evaluations as needed

• Assigned inpatient coverage

• Smooth handoff structure between call physicians
