Physician - Urology in Illinois

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 5–10 shifts/month (can increase to 7–10); primarily 12-hr day shifts + light 24-hr call, ½-day clinic/week
• Job Setting: Level I–II trauma/acute care (three-hospital system), inpatient OR, consults, clinic
• Types of Cases: Bread-and-butter urology, cystoscopy, trauma consults
• Credentialing: 60–90 days + emergency/temporary privileges available; IL active license required, IA in-process welcome

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC/BE Acceptable – Urology
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (ATLS preferred)
• Licensure: Active IL license required; IA license may be in-process
