Position Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday
About the Opportunity:
Join a well-established urology team in Topeka, Kansas, providing comprehensive adult urologic care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering modern facilities, strong administrative support, and excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
Full-scope adult urology practice
Team of 3 Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners
Da Vinci robotic surgery system available
Standard in-office urologic procedures
Flexible schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)
Call rotation: 1:6 (one weekend every six weeks + one weekday per week)

Compensation & Benefits:
2-year guaranteed base salary plus wRVU production incentives
