Physician - Urology

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist in Slidell, La. This is a community hospital with the backing of a large system. Slidell, near Mandeville and Covington, LA, located north of Lake Pontchartrain from New Orleans. Slidell, located in St Tammany Parish, is just a short drive to New Orleans, offers a family oriented low cost of living location with easy access to all the amenities of a city. Position Highlights:

· Walk into a great group dynamic on the Northshore with a busy practice including 3 MDs and 3 APPs.

· Production model with base salary

· Call: 1:5 ratio, average of 5-6 days a month with paid call. Majority of after-hours consults are handled by phone.

· M-F schedule with block OR time.

· You have access to UroNav, Robotics (Da Vinci), and Aquablation.

· Brand new state of art surgery center that was just opened last fall.

· Support staff in the clinic as well as in the OR.

· Some main procedures we see at Slidell Memorial: ureteroscopy, TURBT, TURP, cystoscopy, prostate ultrasound and biopsy, vasectomy

· Multi-disciplinary cancer care through the Cancer Center
