Urology Opportunity in a Scenic Mountain Community

Robotics, Light Call, and Strong Earning Potential


Join a high-demand urology practice in a beautiful mountain setting where surgical excellence meets exceptional quality of life. This hospital-employed opportunity allows you to step into an established patient panel with immediate volume, full robotic capability, and a light, phone-based call schedule. Practice with autonomy while supported by modern facilities and a dedicated care team.


Practice Overview

  • Join two urologists at a respected regional hospital; recent retirement creates immediate demand
  • Employed model with full subspecialty support and system-wide Epic EMR
  • Light 1:6 call rotation, primarily phone-based
  • General urology, prostate, stone disease, and robotic procedures
  • DaVinci Xi robot available


Schedule

  • Choose between a 4- or 5-day workweek to fit your lifestyle
  • 1 OR day and 3 clinic days weekly, including 1 day/month at a satellite clinic 30 minutes away
  • Mobile lithotripsy unit every Tuesday and full in-office procedural support
  • Fast ramp-up with strong referral base and community demand


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: Starting a $600K plus RVUs ($61/RVU)
  • $95K Sign/on and relocation assistance
  • 6 weeks of PTO with $4,000 CME allowance included
  • Malpractice coverage with tail and a 3-year contract


Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
  • Open to all experience levels; mentorship and growth support available
  • Comfortable with bread-and-butter urology and robotic-assisted procedures
