- Hospital employed practice seeks BC/BE Urologist to join their team
- Base salary: 575K-700K plus production-based bonus potential
- Schedule: 4.5 Days per Week
- Join a team of one Medical Doctor and one Nurse Practitioner
- Call: 10 days/month
- Population: 26,000
- Busy practice with strong referral base and growth potential
- Robust benefits package offered
- Located an hour from both Rockford, IL and Davenport, IA, 90 minutes from Peoria, and 2 hours from Chicago
- Airport offered in Rockford with flights to 7 major US cities
