We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established and growing hospital-based practice in Alabama. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment with strong clinical support, advanced technology, and a commitment to quality patient care.

The provider will work within a multidisciplinary team in a progressive healthcare system that emphasizes clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and professional development.

  • Monday–Friday schedule with limited call or weekend coverage depending on specialty

Compensation & Benefits

All positions are eligible for the following benefits package (unless otherwise specified):

  • Guaranteed base salary of $650,000 + wRVU productivity bonus potential
    · $100,000 signing bonus
    · Student loan repayment options – PSLF eligible employer
    · Paid malpractice coverage with tail
    · $5,500 per year for dues and CME
    · Paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and CME
    · Comprehensive health, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans per hospital policy
    · Employer-funded retirement plan of $52,000 annually (specific to this specialty — separate from but not in addition to the standard plan above)
    · Paid interview expenses

Qualifications

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
  • Active or ability to obtain an Alabama medical license
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Dedication to evidence-based and compassionate care
